At Fancy Berry LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality handcrafted products and a smooth delivery experience.
Order Processing
All products are made to order.We kindly ask at least 3 days’ notice for regular orders due to the
nature of our product. Each FANCY BERRY bouquet is handcrafted daily using fresh,
high-quality ingredients to ensure maximum freshness and presentation.
RUSH ORDERS: Same-day orders may be accommodated based on availability and
will be charged an additional fee of 10% of the price of the bouquet. Please contact us
directly at 719-719-ROSE prior to placing a rush order.
Delivery
LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer local delivery in Colorado Springs and Denver areas.
Delivery times are scheduled in advance. While we do our best to meet requested
delivery windows, exact delivery times are not guaranteed due to factors such as traffic
or weather conditions. Local flat rate delivery fee is $25.
EXTENDED DELIVERY
is offered beyond 30 miles from the locations of our kitchens in
the North of Colorado Springs and South of Denver. Extended delivery is priced at $25
+ $1.50 per mile from our Colorado Springs and Denver locations.
Please ensure that the delivery address and contact information are correct. We are not
responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery may not be eligible for a refund due to preparation and perishable materials.
Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, if there is an issue with your order (such as damage or quality concerns), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the situation and may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
